27  04.2026
On April 27, 2026, the head of the 2nd infectious diseases department, infectious disease specialist, candidate of medical sciences I.V. Shutova, held a conversation with patients of the day hospital.

The doctor reminded the audience of the wide range of pathogens that cause acute intestinal infections (AII) and the common clinical manifestations of these diseases. She discussed the most common sources of infection, routes, and factors of transmission. She emphasized the potential for complications and severe forms of the disease, and therefore, the need to seek medical attention at the first sign of illness.

Fourteen patients from the department participated in the discussion, and all those present received leaflets on personal AII prevention measures.
