On June 14, 2019, a professional group of the laboratory of metagenomics and molecular indication of pathogens conducted an excursion to the botanical garden of the university. The event was timed to the Day of Health Worker.
Unique collectible plantings of the Botanical Garden are of great scientific, cultural and historical value. On its territory, plants grow more than 3.5 thousand taxa. A number of endangered plant species are cultivated. The collection consists of species that are practically not found in other botanical gardens of Russia.
