The trade union committee organized an excursion trip Balakhna-Palekh for the institute employees for the Medical Worker's Day. They visited Plotnikov's house with a historical exposition and a museum of Balakhna lace, and attended a folklore festival. They saw the Pokrovsky Monastery, the Sretenskaya and Rozhdestvenskaya churches. In Palekh, they visited Golikov's house, the Museum of Icon Painting and Lacquer Miniatures, and looked at the Exaltation of the Cross Cathedral. All the participants of the excursion received a lot of impressions!

On June 3 and 7, 2025, the trade union committee organized exciting culinary master classes for the children of the institute's employees at the Anderson children's cafe. Under the guidance of a professional chef, the children learned how to make pizza. Such master classes allow children to develop creative thinking, awaken interest in cooking, and create an atmosphere of fun and teamwork. The children enjoyed trying pizza made with their own hands and frolicking in the playroom.

2On May 29, 2025, a festive concert was held, organized by the administration of the institute and the trade union committee
The concert “The Fatal 40s” was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
Artists of the Nizhny Novgorod Philharmonic named after M. Rostropovich - Honored Artist of Russia Larisa Tryanina (folk voice) and laureate of international competitions Tatyana Gein (soprano) performed songs of the war and post-war years for the employees of the institute, accompanied by Alexey Timushev (piano). Guitarist Roman Polyakov performed arrangements of well-known and beloved songs. Tragic and solemn, cheerful and folk - these melodies and songs found a response in the soul of every person, did not leave any of the listeners indifferent.
Larisa Tryanina opened the program with a piercing and emotional performance of the pre-war waltz "Still Alive". Many more exciting and beloved compositions were performed - "Mamayev Kurgan", "Muscovites", "Beloruska i Gruzin", "Katyusha", "Kazaki v Berlin", "Smuglyanka", "Siniy kerchief" and others. The words of these songs are familiar to everyone from childhood.
The entire audience sang along with the soloists!

Our institute held a children's drawing competition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. We thank all the participants who took part in the competition!
On May 14, members of our union went on a walking tour dedicated to the history of Nizhny Novgorod and its modern times, recalled the contribution of Gorky to the Great Victory, and learned how the territory of the Kremlin changed over the centuries.

As part of the Festival, guests attended lectures and excursions from the Nizhny Novgorod Museum-Reserve, got acquainted with the work of the Historical Reconstruction Club "Novik", and listened to a festive concert.

On April 10, 2025, a reporting and election conference of the primary trade union organization of the Institute was held. The conference was attended by 21 delegates out of 24 elected. Among the invitees were:
- Prikaznov V.N. - Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Medical Workers;
- Zaitseva N.N. - Director of the Institute;
- heads of the structural divisions of the Institute.
Conference Chairperson O. V. Parfenova presented a report on the work of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization for the period from 21.11.23 to 10.04.25. Based on the results of the vote, the work of the primary trade union organization was unanimously recognized as satisfactory.
A report on the work of the control and audit commission of the primary trade union organization for the period from 21 November 2023 to 10 April 2025 was heard. The report was made by the chairperson of the Comission I. V. Solovieva. The report of the Comission was approved unanimously.
A resolution was adopted to terminate the powers of the elected bodies of the primary trade union organization.
Decisions on the election of trade union bodies were adopted by open voting. Unanimously adopted:
- to elect Olga Nikolaevna Babaikina as the chairperson of the primary trade union organization;
- to elect Anna Evgenievna Alekseyeva as the deputy chairperson of the primary trade union organization;
- elect members of the trade union committee: Olga Anatolyevna Dobrokhodova, Dmitry Evgenievich Zaitsev, Irina Yuryevna Kuzmina, Svetlana Ivanovna Lyamshaeva, Maria Igorevna Tsyganova.
The term of office of the elected bodies is set at 5 years.
On the eve of the March 8 holiday, our institute hosted an exhibition of children's drawings "Favorite pastime of mom/dad, grandma/grandpa", organized by the trade union committee of NNIIEM. The children of the department employees delighted us with their colorful works, which you can see at the stand in the hall of the 4th floor. Come for positive emotions!
