The trade union defended the right of the institute employees to a 36-hour working week
19  10.2020
Thanks to the active assistance of the trade union organization, the legal right of employees of all departments of the institute to a reduced working time was defended.

In October, the institute held a SAUT, as a result of which employees of scientific departments were denied the right to a shorter working day. Members of the trade union of laboratories of the human microbiome and means of its correction (trade union group Irina Viktorovna Belova) and metagenomics and molecular indication of pathogens (trade union group Anna Alekseeva) asked for help from the trade union committee of the institute, which in turn sent a request to the Regional Committee of the trade union of health workers of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Representative of the regional committee, technical labor inspector of the Central Committee of the Trade Union V.B. Tilinov, supported the demands of the trade union committee and the commission of the institute for the SAUT on the need to preserve the 36-hour work week.

Thanks to the active assistance of the trade union organization, the active actions of the chairman of the PPO Olga Vladimirovna Parfenova, the person in charge of labor protection Galiya Barievna Yermolina, the heads of laboratories, members of the trade union Irina Vladlenovna Solovyova and Nina Fedorovna Brusnigina, the legal right of employees of all departments of the institute to a reduced working time was defended.

The staff of the Institute would like to thank Vyacheslav Borisovich Tilinov for his help and legal advice.
