On December 8, 2025, a meeting was held between participants of the winter school for the Olympiad training of the Nizhny Novgorod region national biology teams and the institute staff.

The class took place on December 1, 2025, as part of a series of events for the large-scale educational project "Sanprosvet" Lecture Hall and was timed to coincide with World AIDS Day.

The theme for World AIDS Day 2025 is “Overcoming challenges, transforming the AIDS response.”

On November 18, the Institute's Director, Doctor of Medical Sciences N.N. Zaitseva, held a meeting on "Medicine and Science During the War Years." High school students from Nizhny Novgorod schools and city residents participated in the meeting.

The 13th Interregional Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference "Current Infectious Diseases of the Volga-Vyatka Region" was held on November 13–14, 2025. The event was held in person with an online broadcast.

On November 8, 2025, the head of the infectious disease specialist at the Volga District Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS, PhD, Associate Professor E.E. Kuzovatova, held an online lesson on the prevention of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections.

A series of educational talks with patients took place in October 2025. The age of the participants ranged from 21 to 60 years.

On October 30, 2025, the head of the infectious disease physician at the Volga District Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS, PhD, Associate Professor E.E. Kuzovatova, held a discussion on the prevention of influenza and respiratory viral infections with representatives of the older generation.

The V Annual Conference on Infectious Diseases "Pokrovsky Readings" was held in Moscow on October 27–28, 2025.

The head of the laboratory of molecular biology and biotechnology, O.V. Utkin, held an educational session for students of School No. 178.
